You can send bulk emails to all skaters in a Program, or all skaters in a Session.
1) Email to all Skaters in a Program
Go to the administrative area and select "View/Edit All Registrations". Select the Program. You'll see the registrations for all skaters who registered for all sessions/packages in the Program. At the bottom of the grid, you'll see a button that says "Email/marketing Options". Click it.
The button will expand and you will see 3 options. Select the "Generate all Emails", option.
When you do this you'll get a email box, that will contain a list of all emails. Each email will be separated by a semicolon ';' character, which is what is needed for hotmail or outlook. if you need a different separation character (say gmail), copy the list into a notepad program and replace all ';' with ',' or whatever separator you need.
Now click the select all button, which selects all text and then do a "copy-to-clipboard" (Ctrl-C on a PC).
Next go to your email client, and create a new email. Use Ctrl-V and "paste" into the To: part of the email and all the email addresses will show up. Alternatively you could paste into the BCC: if you want all emails to be "blind" - eg different recipients dont see each other's email addresses.
Now you can send the email.
