Question: Is there a way for me to "close" Program(s) so that people don't register for them anymore? eg... Close our fall Learn-to-skate and re-open the January Learn-to-skate ... I don't want to delete the program, and hence lose all the data from the current but would like to close some so that people know there can be no more further registration

Answer: Yes, please go to the administrative console and select "Manage Club Programs", then "Manage Programs". This will bring up a grid view list of the Programs for the active Season. Select the Program you want to close and click on the Edit link in the row for that selected program.

This will bring up the "Edit Program Details" box. It has severl tabs along the top - select "Activation". Uncheck the checkbox that says the Program is available. Click OK.

Now the program you 'de-activated' will no longer be available for selection. It is not really closed, nor full, but customers can no longer reach it. All of it's data, class-lists, etc. will be preserved.
