This note describes how to ensure that emails from CoastRegistry do not end up being filtered out as junk or spam, and do not end up in junk mail folders. These instructions describe what to do for the most popular email client software. If this does not solve the problem, you may have to do addtional work if you have an anti-virus running that is filtering emails, or your internet provider is got some spam filter system running for you.

Adding CoastRegistry to your safe list (white list).

If you’re using Outlook
Follow the steps to add us to your Safe Senders List:

1. On the "Tools" menu, click "Options".
2. On the "Preferences" tab, under "E-mail", click "Junk E-mail".
3. Click the "Safe Senders" or "Safe Recipients" tab.
4. Click "Add".
5. Copy and paste our "From" address, "coastregistry.com" into the dialog box titled "Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list box".
6. Click "OK".

If you're using Gmail
Follow the steps to add us to your Contacts List:
1. Click "Contacts" along the left side of any Gmail page.
2. Click "Add Contact".
3. Copy and paste our "From" address, "coastregistry.com", into the primary email address dialog box.
4. Click "Save".

If you're using Hotmail
Follow the steps to add us to your Safe Senders list:
1. Open your mailbox and click "Options" in the upper right hand corner.
2. Click the "Junk Email Protection" link at the top of the page.
3. Select the "Safe List" link, second from bottom.
4. Copy and paste our "From" address, "coastregistry.com" into the dialog box titled "Type an address or domain".
5. Click "Add".

If you're using MAC Mail To put the coastregistry.com domain on your Mac OS X Mail white list:
1. Select Mail | Preferences... from the menu in Mac OS X Mail.
2. Go to the Rules category.
3. Click Add Rule.
4. Type a Description:, such as "Whitelist: coastregistry.com".
5. Make sure the criteria read: If any of the following conditions are met: From Ends with.
6. Enter the domain name you want to whitelist after Ends with. e.g. @coastregistry.com
