Question: I tried to log into CoastRegistry but it wouldn't let me. It just brings up a blank screen, no actual web page. I am using a MacBook with Safari
Answer: This occurs quite commonly, as there is a browser plugin called "Silverlight" that is required that in general would not be installed in a Mac environment. However it is easy to install if you follow these instructions. Please visit the following location with your MAC, and it will help you get Silverlight installed. Make sure you close Safari completely (or better yet reboot your MAC). After this, things should work fine.
http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight If you still have problems, email us at support@coastregistry.com, and we'll help get you setup. Also please note that Firefox browser can be installed on the MAC, and sometimes it is easier to install silverlight via Firefox. Finally note the two following issues:
1) CoastRegistry will not run on Chrome browser in the Macbook. 2) CoastRegistry does not run on ipad, or iphone devices. edited by Kevgor on 6/24/2013
